Why this study

Presenting the need for the study.

From the International Forum for the Development of Psychotherapy Training, we observe with concern how the number of people with mental disorders grows each year and, despite advances, many patients do not achieve significant improvement.

Furthermore, mental health professionals face increasing demotivation and burnout due to the lack of expected outcomes for their patients. This study seeks to explore these challenges in order to propose effective solutions.

Objectives of the study.

The purpose of this international study is to identify the factors that affect the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic treatments and the well-being of mental health professionals, analysing the elements that contribute to the lack of patient improvement and therapist burnout.

The research aims to offer new perspectives for optimising psychotherapeutic practice and improving the quality of life of patients and professionals alike.
