Why this study

Presenting the need for this study.

At the International Forum for the Development of Psychotherapy Training, we observe with concern how the number of people with mental disorders grows each year and, despite advances, many patients fail to achieve significant improvement.

Furthermore, mental health professionals are increasingly facing demotivation and burnout due to the lack of expected outcomes with their patients. This study aims to explore these challenges in order to propose effective solutions.

What we are looking for

Objectives of the study.

The purpose of this international study is to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic treatments and the well-being of mental health professionals, analysing the elements that contribute to the lack of patient improvement and therapist burnout.

The research aims to provide new perspectives for optimising psychotherapeutic practice and improving the quality of life of both patients and professionals.
