Can I start with any course within a Master's programme?
Yes. All our Master's programmes are made up of 4 core subjects and several electives chosen from the available expert courses, allowing you to configure and personalise your training according to your interests and professional goals.
Once enrolled in your study plan, you can begin with any of the expert courses that comprise it and progress at your own pace.
Are classes online or in person?
Our training is offered primarily in online format, allowing you to study from anywhere and adapt your learning to your schedule. Access lectures, resources and tutorials through our Virtual Classroom.
Are there entry requirements to enrol?
No specific requirements are needed for the majority of our courses, nor is prior knowledge necessary. All students will receive an accreditation certificate upon completing the course.
Does the course include live video conferences?
Yes, each Expert Course offers live video conferences focused on resolving queries, analysing clinical cases and other topics related to the course content.
Are the video conferences recorded?
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and accessible from your Virtual Classroom so you can review them whenever you need.
What if I have questions during the course?
We have an online group mentoring system and discussion forums where you can raise your questions. Our team of experts will be available to provide guidance and support.

How is learning assessed?
A self-assessment test is completed at the end of each learning module. You will have the support of the Forum's professional team, who will accompany you throughout the learning process.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
For Expert Courses, access is for one year, while for Master's programmes access is for two years. If during that time you need additional time, you can request an extension from our team and they will help you arrange it.

What accreditation will I receive upon completing an Expert Course?
Upon completing each Expert Course, you will receive a certificate accredited by the International Forum for Psychotherapy Training.
In addition, for students who hold a qualification in the field of health sciences, the certificate will be accredited by the Official College of Psychology of Madrid, the Official College of Physicians of Madrid, and the Federation of Associations of Psychologists and Medical Psychotherapists of Spain.
If you complete all the courses that form part of the Master's programme, you will receive the Diploma for the Master's you have chosen, endorsed by the same institutions.
What accreditation will I receive upon completing a Master's programme?
You will receive the Diploma for the Master's programme you have chosen, accredited by our partner institutions: the Spanish Society of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Official College of Psychology of Madrid, the Official College of Physicians of Madrid, and the Federation of Associations of Psychologists and Medical Psychotherapists of Spain.

How can I enrol?
You can enrol directly through our courses page, selecting the programme you wish to take and following the online purchase process.
When will enrolment be available?
Enrolment is already open for all courses. You can register at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal, to make the enrolment process easy and secure.
Is any kind of guarantee or refund offered?

Forums, mentoring and how we support you throughout your training.
Is there a forum or student community?
We do not currently have an active forum, but we are working on creating a space where students can share questions, ideas and experiences.
In the meantime, you can send your questions directly by email, or take advantage of the online tutorials to speak with the teaching team.
Is there a quick way to download all course documents at once?
Currently, documents must be downloaded one by one from the platform.
A tip from our students: create a folder on your computer and save the materials organised by module as you go.
Can I access the content from any device?
Yes, our Virtual Classroom is accessible from computers, tablets and smartphones, ensuring you can study from whichever device you prefer.
Do you have a contact telephone number?
We do not currently have a telephone number for public enquiries. All information management, enrolments and queries are handled exclusively via email and our online platform.

Technical issues and access
Quick solutions to the most common Virtual Classroom problems.
I cannot access the courses — what should I do?
First, make sure you are logged in as a student in our Virtual Classroom. To do so:
1. Click on "Virtual Classroom" at the top of the menu.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Check whether the courses appear as unlocked.
If you still cannot access them, check whether your payment has already been processed.
If in doubt, write to us at info@formacionpsicoterapia.com and we will help you.
I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
On the Virtual Classroom login form, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps indicated.
I have lost my course progress due to a technical issue — can it be recovered?
Yes, you simply need to mark as "viewed" the content you have already completed.
If the platform does not allow you to do so, send us an email at info@formacionpsicoterapia.com with your full name and login email, indicating how far you had progressed in the course, and our team will update your progress manually.
The platform keeps logging me out
This issue may be related to cookie settings or the browser you are using.
Recommended solution:
1. Open formacionpsicoterapia.com in Google Chrome.
2. Accept all cookies when entering the site.
3. Click on "Virtual Classroom" at the top of the menu.
4. Enter your username and password.
5. Tick the "Keep me logged in" box and click "Log in".
6. If the error persists, try accessing from a private browsing window.
This error is generally resolved by accepting all cookies and using Google Chrome. If the problem continues, contact us.
